The Virginia City Highlands Property Owners' Association (VCHPOA), is one of 2 Property owners Associations in the Virginia City Highlands. The VCHPOA is a non-profit corporation whose purpose is to protect and further the interests of property owners in the Virginia City Highlands, Unit 1, Storey County, Nevada (popularly known as the "1-acre lots"). The VCHPOA is solely operated by volunteers. It does not maintain an office, and does not have paid office personnel except for the position of Bookkeeper. There is a phone line to leave voicemail messages, but the preferred method of communication is via email.

Board of Directors' Meetings
The Board of Directors meet at a minimum, quarterly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. The meetings take place at the VCH Fire Station* located at the corner of Cartwright Road and Lousetown Road. The meetings are open to property owners and invited guests.
Architectural Committee Meetings
The Architectural Committee meets monthly on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. The meetings take place at the VCH Fire Station* and are open to property owners and invited guests.
Annual Meeting
The VCHPOA Annual Meeting takes place at a date and time set by the Board. The meeting takes place at the VCH Fire Station* and is open to property owners and invited guests.
