Property Owners Association

The Virginia City Highlands Property Owners' Association is a non-profit corporation whose purpose is to protect and further the interests of property owners in Virginia City Highlands, Unit 1, Storey County, Nevada (popularly known as the "1-acre lots").
The Association is solely operated by volunteers. It does not maintain an office, and does not have paid office personnel except for the position of Bookkeeper. There is a phone line to leave voicemail messages, but the preferred method of communication is via email.
The Association has used reasonable efforts to verify the information on this website, however it does not guarantee the accuracy of any of the information contained herein.
Board of Directors' Meetings
The Board of Directors meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings take place at the VCH Fire Station located at the corner of Cartwright Road and Lousetown Road. The meetings are open to property owners and invited guests.
Architectural Committee Meetings
The Architectural Committee meets monthly on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. The meetings take place at the VCH Fire Station and are open to property owners and invited guests.
The VCHPOA Annual Meeting takes place at a date and time set by the Board. The meeting takes place at the VCH Fire Station and is open to property owners and invited guests.
VCH Message Board
The Message Board is not affiliated with the VCHPOA.
The message Board is for residents and owners of the Virginia City Highlands is available at Groups.io. The list is not associated with the VCHPOA. Membership is open to anyone; discussion is limited to topics related to the Highlands.
