- THERE ARE NO OTHER COMMON AREAS BELONGING TO THE VCHPOA OR HRPOA
PROJECT APPROVAL
VCHPOA PROJECT APPROVAL:
- NEEDS APPROVAL; FENCING OFF YOUR PROPERTY IS ONE OF THE MOST COMMON PROJECTS THAT NEW BUYERS DO.
- NO APPROVAL NEEDED; PUTTING DOWN ROAD BASE ON YOUR DRIVEWAY DOES NOT NEED APPROVAL.
