This Demand Packet/Resale Package Request Form can only be submitted by a Title Company, submissions received from all other entities will not be processed. This Demand Packet Request Form is for properties located in the VCHPOA ( 1 Acre Association ) only. If you cannot find the street listed in the dropdown menu, you are probably dealing with a property that belongs to the other Association ( The Highland Ranches POA ). Try contacting the 10 Acre Association here.

You only need to submit this form once.

Demand Packet/Resale Package requests will be processed within 10 days* of receipt of this request form.

Verify the information provided to us is correct, any changes made will likely delay the completion of this packet

Demand Packet/Resale Packages will be sent via email, in PDF format. All the requested governing documents are available for download on this website. The Governing Documents are in the RESALE PACKET button on the home page. The current financials can be found under the EXECUTIVE BOARD tab.
