The Virginia City Highlands Property Owners Association now offers two new services to property owners, Paperless Billing and Online Bill Pay!

Paperless Billing: Property Owners can enroll in our paper free billing option. Future Annual Dues & Reserve Assessment bills will be sent to your verified email address instead of the traditional way through the US Postal Service. If you enroll in Paperless Billing, traditional payment methods are accepted but you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. Simply print a copy of your bill and enclose it in a stamped envelope with your check or money order and mail it to us. To sign up for Paperless Billing, fill out the form below.This feature is not for those looking to immediately clear up past due balances.

* A 3.75% processing/convenience fee from our card processor Square is passed along to the property owner. Your paperless invoice will include the fee.

One Time Online Bill Pay: Property Owners can now pay their Annual Dues & Reserve Assessments Bill online with a credit card, for a small convenience fee*. If you enroll in our online bill pay solution, your Annual Invoice will be emailed to you and contain a link to pay with a credit card. If you change your mind and decide to mail in your payment, Simply print a copy of your bill and enclose it in a stamped envelope with your check or money order and mail it to us. This Enrollment Form is for property owners of the VCHPOA ( 1 acre association ) only. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email confirming successful enrollment. If you cannot find your street listed, you probably don't live within the 1 acre association. Try contacting the 10 acre association here.

 

If you are looking to immediately clear up current or past due balances, do not use this form, simply call, leave a message and someone will get back to you shortly 775-847-7000. This form is for signing up for future billing.

enrollment options

Paperless Billing Only:

All future bills will be emailed to the address on file. You will no longer receive bills in the mail. This feature is not for those looking to immediately clear up past due balances.

One Time Online Bill Pay*:

Annual bill is still sent through the mail. Pay your dues via credit card. A link to pay will be sent to your email address on file. This is not a recurring service.

Both:

This option is completely paperless. Your invoice is sent by email and you will receive a separate email which includes a link to pay your current balance via credit card. Even though you will receive future bills via email, you will need to request a new link to pay by credit card each year.

By enrolling in Paperless Billing, I understand that I will no longer receive bills through traditional mail service. You can resume receiving paper bills anytime by simply contacting the Bookkeeper. I understand that my Annual Dues/Reserve Assessment is always due by January 31 of each calendar year.
