The Virginia City Highlands Property Owners Association now offers two new services to property owners, Paperless Billing and Online Bill Pay!

If you're looking to immediately clear up past due balances. Don't sign up for Paperless Billing, instead, call us 775-847-7000 and leave us a message, We will get back with you shortly.

 

Paperless Billing: Property Owners can enroll in our paper free billing option. Future Annual Dues & Reserve Assessment bills will be sent to your verified email address instead of the traditional way through the US Postal Service. If you enroll in Paperless Billing, traditional payment methods are accepted but you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. Once you receive your annual invoice by email you can pay by credit/debit by filling out the form below or Simply print a copy of your bill and enclose it in a stamped envelope with your check or money order and mail it to us. To sign up for Paperless Billing, email the Bookkeeper here and request to have your future invoices emailed to you.

* A 3.75% processing/convenience fee from our card processor Square is passed along to the property owner. Your paperless invoice will include the fee.

One Time Online Bill Pay: Property Owners can now pay their Annual Dues & Reserve Assessments Bill or their Architectural Committee Fees online with a credit card, for a small convenience fee*. If you choose to use our One Time Bill Pay option, fill out the request below. This is not a recurring service.

This Online Payment Request Form is for property owners in the VCHPOA ( 1 Acre Association ) only. Once your information is received, you will receive a confirmation email. Within several business days you will receive an email containing an invoice which can be paid for using a credit card/debit card. Once payment has been made, you will have the opportunity to save or print a receipt of the transaction/payment for your records.
